My approach focuses on helping you find a wellness path that aligns with your lifestyle and goals, using nutrition, mindfulness, sleep optimisation, and exercise to support both mental and physical well-being.I am a certified IIN Health Coach and a Nutrition and Wellbeing Advisor for the organisation, Health and Independent Living Support. In addition to my certifications, I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and fine-tuning my knowledge to provide you with the best guidance possible on your holistic wellness journey.My journey into holistic health began with my own health challenges. I was able to transition away from conventional medicine by implementing lifestyle changes, managing my health naturally, and finding sustainable ways to thrive. Now, I’m here to help others experience similar transformations.
